Yoga and Follow Up


We have the Weekly yoga sessions (Yes… these are FREE!) for Sem-2 AY 17/18. These are open for all NUS students/staff.

It’s a good opportunity to de-stress and re-energise yourself weekly along with meeting other yogi’s on campus! The yoga is beginner-medium level and can joined by anyone. 🙂

The Schedule for the semester is as follows (Please be on time: 9 – 10 AM) :

  • 25 Feb, Sunday: Weekly Yoga-6
  • 4 March, Sunday : RECESS WEEK
  • 11 March, Sunday: Weekly Yoga-7
  • 18 March, Sunday : Weekly Yoga 8
  • 25 March, SundayWeekly Yoga-9
  • 29 March-1 April, ThursSunday: YES+ @ NUS UTown, SRC.
  • 8 April, Sunday: Weekly Yoga-10
  • 15 April, Sunday: Weekly Yoga-11
  • 22 April, Sunday: Weekly Yoga-12

Don’t forget bring two most important things: Your YOGA MAT and your FRIENDS!

Please register HERE for weekly yoga info. The venue may change on some weekends.

**Each session has a different instructor and are independent of each other. Feel free to join in for any session. For info about each week’s theme, check out our Facebook Page!

For graduates of the YES!+ / Happiness Program or Part-1, we have long Sudarshan Kriya follow up every Sunday of the year: Yoga at 9 AM, followed by long kriya at 10.30 AM.

Kindly get in touch with Aneesh (97741565) for details about Kriya follow up in case of any changes in venue or time.
